Working with the client and client's lenders, we conduct preliminary research on the prospective collateral to identify potential title problems or other issues that could negatively impact an anticipated credit transaction. We have assisted clients in facilitating loans to finance real estate deals on office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, and vacant land. We have also served as lender's counsel to banking and other financial institutions.
