Lending

Arranging financing for real estate transactions requires preparation and due diligence. Working with the client and client's lenders, we conduct preliminary research on the prospective collateral to identify potential title problems or other issues that could negatively impact an anticipated credit transaction. We have assisted clients in facilitating loans to finance real estate deals on office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, and vacant land. We have also served as lender's counsel to banking and other financial institutions.

Taking the initiative for our clients, our practice is predicated on the importance of efficiency and timeliness. Striving to provide consummate service, my firm takes responsibility for the myriad tasks and details that need addressing in any lending transaction. Performing due diligence and review of documentation, we can relieve clients of the need to allocate enormous amounts of personal time and resources to ensure matters are in order.
